Dr Evgenia Kostaki
Evgenia works with leaders and professionals navigating high-pressure roles, periods of transition, and questions of alignment, identity, and purpose.
She has a particular interest in supporting women in leadership who are experiencing work-related stress, burnout, or major life transitions, helping them find calm, clarity, and courage through integrative, evidence-based psychological work.
Her approach is shaped by years of therapeutic practice in the NHS, research in workplace wellbeing, and lived experience within complex systems.
Evgenia brings a systemic and compassionate lens to her work, supporting people to understand not only what is happening internally, but how wider organisational, relational, and cultural contexts influence wellbeing.
In addition to limited 1:1 work which is integrative and draws on approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Evgenia facilitates the Weleful Reflective Leadership Circles, the Leading with Calm, Clarity and Courage programme, the Calm Leader masterclass, retainers, and speaking and media engagements.
Evgenia holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Essex, where her doctoral research explored stress and self-compassion in mental health professionals. Her earlier training includes a Master’s in Developmental Psychopathology from Durham University and a BSc in Psychology from Panteion University in Athens.
